All Shipping is provided only through USPS, (no international shipping). The cost of shipping varies depending upon the number of items purchased (weight) and your selection of shipping method such as standard or express. We will notify you by email based on the provided information that was collected during the placement of your order (Checkout). An email confirming the USPS tracking information will be sent to you within 3-5 business days. 

Returns  

No Returns after you have received the shipping USPS tracking information. If you have purchased products, you have up to three (3) business days for cancellation of order before shipping. Contact Last Run Shop by email to cancel order. (See Contact Us - info@lastrunshop.com)
